Massachusetts-based Fallon Community Health Plan, the top National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) ranked Medicaid health plan in the U.S., will implement PaySpan’s platform for full electronic enrollment, reimbursement, and its Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) capabilities, which meet compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandated EFT/ERA Operating Rules. FCHP is a leader in serving dual eligibles through two of its programs, NaviCare®, a Coordinated Care program for individuals over 65 with Medicare Parts A and B and Medicaid, and Fallon Total Caresm, a new program that will provide integrated health care to individuals aged 21 to 64 years who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
