Rob joined Payspan in July 2015 to lead the Company’s execution of growth and expansion strategies. Rob has previously been chief operating officer, chief service officer and general manager at Fortune 500 and privately held Software as a Service companies, and has experience in supply chain automation, benefit/consumer driven healthcare administration, and online banking and payments.
Mark joined Payspan in 2018 to lead sales and marketing, customer service and finance. He brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial, operational and financial leadership to Payspan, including C-level positions with leading technology and SaaS companies. Throughout his career, he has raised more than $500 million in buy-out, equity, debt and mezzanine financing for his companies.
Marketing and product leader with a history of building teams that connect the revenue cycle to maximize growth. With strategic vision and scaled execution, Ben is focused on customer success and company valuation through market share growth.
Kernie joined Payspan in 2018 to lead all aspects of Payspan’s technology vision. He has more than 25 years of global technology leadership experience, with a diverse background in cloud-based healthcare. He has demonstrated expertise in optimizing companies and building high-performance teams that deliver value.
John has over 23 years of experience in healthcare and joined Payspan in June 2002 holding several positions within Accounting and Finance area. He served as interim CFO for Payspan from 2011 to 2013 and currently manages the day to day financial operating activities.
Sakia joined Payspan in March 2016 to lead the company’s Provider and Member Services team. She brings more than 15 years of Retirement Financial Services and Health & Welfare Customer Service experience to Payspan.
Gigi joined Payspan in August 2009 and has served in a variety of roles in sales operations, implementations and client relationship management. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry to her current position leading Payer Client Services.
Lidia joined Payspan in December of 2007 and has over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in business and project management. She is currently leading the Project Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for companywide project execution, including standardization and efficiency.
Fred joined Payspan in April 2016 to lead the Company's product development organization. Fred brings 30 years of technology and operations experience to the team including leadership roles over various types of organizations including software development, IT, operations and project management across companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.
Josephine joined Payspan in June of 2014 and has served in various roles within sales and operations. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare and financial industries in her current position leading Patient Financial Services.
Jennifer joined Payspan as the organizations Human Resources Manager in July 2017 to lead the Company’s Human Resources Department. Jennifer brings over 10 years of experience specializing in small to mid-size organizations providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth and stable organizations. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition and management. She has experience in various industries including professional services, technology and trades/industrial.
