Rob Pinataro

Chief Executive Officer

Rob joined Payspan in 2015 to lead the Company’s execution of growth and expansion strategies. Rob has previously served in the roles of chief operating officer, chief service officer and general manager for Fortune 500 and privately held SaaS companies. He has experience in supply chain automation, benefit/consumer-driven healthcare administration, and online banking and payments.

John Horton

SVP, Finance and Administration

John joined Payspan in 2002 and has over 23 years of experience in healthcare. He has served in numerous leadership positions within the accounting and finance areas during his time with Payspan, including interim CFO from 2011 to 2013. He currently manages the day-to-day financial operating activities.

Gigi Thorakos

VP, Payer Client Services

Gigi joined Payspan in 2007 and has served in a variety of roles in sales operations, implementations and client relationship management. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry to her current position leading Payer Client Services.

Mark Chapman

President and CFO

Mark joined Payspan in 2018 to lead sales and marketing, customer service and finance. He brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial, operational and financial leadership to Payspan, including C-level positions with leading technology and SaaS companies. Throughout his career, he has raised more than $500 million in buy-out, equity, debt and mezzanine financing for his companies.

Sakia Robertson

SVP, Client Services

Sakia joined Payspan in 2016 to lead the company’s provider and member services team. She brings more than 15 years of retirement financial services and health and welfare customer service experience to Payspan.

Lidia Klemetsrud

VP, Project Management Office

Lidia joined Payspan in 2007 and has over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in business and project management. She currently leads the Project Management Office (PMO), which is responsible for companywide project execution, including standardization and efficiency.

Tim Kelly

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Tim joined Payspan in 2020 to help create business value through leadership of the technology teams and optimize time to market, quality and employee satisfaction for the enterprise technical delivery system. He brings 25+ years of senior leadership experience across high tech, consumer product, and healthcare industries.

Adil Karam

VP, Information Security And Compliance

Adil joined Payspan in 2019 to lead Payspan’s security strategy and provide a road-map against industry best practices. A certified information security leader, he brings 15 years of proven, hands-on progressive IT and security experience at Fortune 500 and smaller firms.

Sr. Director, Human Resources

Jennifer joined Payspan to lead Human Resources. She brings over 10 years of experience providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth and stable organizations. She has experience in various industries including professional services, technology and trades/industrial.
